Pricing and Payment

The prices don’t include VAT and postage, packaging and insurance will be additional, with free delivery within UK.

All of our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

If you are buying from outside the UK, you will also incur any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard. If the issuer of your payment card or method refuses to authorise payment to AKANSHA SETHI, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.



Our jewellery will arrive in our luxury custom-made branded boxes. We use stiff and secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at akansha@akanshasethi.com so we can help.



If goods are in stock the delivery terms will be confirmed at the time of confirmation of the order.

Orders in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days

UK standard insured delivery usually takes 2-3 working days

Europe insured priority delivery takes 3-4 working days to arrive

Rest of the world priority insured delivery usually takes 3-5 working days

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ship the goods or services within the times indicated.

However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control



You should inspect the products when you receive them for defect or damage. If you find a defect or damage contact us as soon as possible with your order reference number. If the products are found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery we will repair, replace or refund the price paid by you provided that you have not used, worn or damaged the product.

If any products we deliver to you are damaged, defective, of an incorrect quantity or not what you ordered, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the products. If you notify us of a problem, our obligation will be to either,

a) To make good any shortage or no-delivery;                                                 

b) To replace any goods that are damaged or defective;

c) To refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose


Returns & Exchange

We are happy to accept return of unworn items within 7 days of delivery, except for pierced jewellery such as earrings for hygiene and safety reasons. If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item(s). You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties


Return Procedure

1. Please request a Return Number (RN) within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing akansha@akanshasethi.com.

2. We will send you a Returns Form along with your RN. Fill in the form and enclose in package.

3. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery item is returned to us broken. Please enclose any additional items (jewellery box, promotional gifts). Make sure the security tag is left on. We only accept items with their original security tag.

4. Once you have collated all the items and included them within the  Returns Form pack. Then send it to the address provided.


We require that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.

If goods are returned in damaged or worn condition, AS by AKANSHA SETHI reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  Any promotional discount including free-shipping costs will be deductible from the final refund.


Cancellation by us

AKANSHA SETHI reserves the right to cancel the contract between you and us if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.


Intellectual property rights

The intellectual right to any product designs and images remain with AS by Akansha Sethi please take prior permission in case you desire to use the image or product for any commercial use. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on the Site nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.


Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
